✨ "MENTAL WELLNESS: Creating a Work Balance for Modern Educational Leaders" ✨

Saturday, March 1, 2025, the Department of Educational Administration, Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized an academic seminar on educational administration at the Sai Fon Meeting Room, Rajavinit School. The academic seminar focused on creating "mental wellness" for educational leaders in an era full of challenges, focusing on stress management, work-life balance, and organizational development that promotes good health. The objective is to enhance the approach to creating "mental wellness" for educational leaders, emphasizing methods for managing stress, uncertainty, and pressure in a rapidly changing environment, and to create a space for exchanging ideas and best practices in educational institution administration by linking psychological concepts with the management process and development of educational innovations.
