Asst. Prof. Dr. Wanjak Noichan, Dean of the Graduate School, attended a meeting to summarize the international faculty exchange program, with Dr. Cheah Seu Seng, an expert in SDGs and Social Enterprises from Malaysia, serving as the keynote speaker.

1. Learning Outcomes and Competencies Achieved for Staff and Students
The international faculty exchange program summary meeting, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wanjak Noichan, attended a special lecture by Dr. Cheah Seu Seng. This resulted in faculty and students gaining clarity on competencies in sustainable development for social entrepreneurs. Three key outcomes were achieved: (1) knowledge of systematic SDG analysis; (2) skills in designing SDG-aligned social enterprise models; and (3) integration of sustainable issues into curricula and research, which led to the adjustment of course learning outcomes and the establishment of a Graduate Competency Framework at the graduate school level.
2. Community and Social Impact
The knowledge from the experts was applied to the Social Lab activities in communities surrounding the university. This has led to the enhancement of the potential of local entrepreneurs and community enterprises to identify SDG targets that are relevant to their own context and design proxy indicators for social impact. This has resulted in the capacity of communities to measure outcomes (Impact Measurement) and the creation of a Triple Helix collaboration mechanism between universities, communities, and the private sector.
3. Systemic Transformation of the University
This collaboration is not limited to the activity level but has expanded to include the restructuring of the work structure and management system for international collaboration at the Graduate School. This has resulted in the development of (1) an SDG Mapping system for research and theses, (2) guidelines for evaluating cross-border collaboration using the Logic Model & Theory of Change, and (3) a Social Enterprise Mentorship Unit at the institutional level, which complements the routine structure and is incorporated into the Graduate School's strategic KPIs.
4. Tangible Results from the Collaboration
Based on exchanges with experts Four main outputs were generated: (1) Policy Brief on SDGs & Social Enterprise for curriculum adjustment; (2) SDG-aligned Thesis Guideline; (3) MOOC digital learning materials on social entrepreneurship; and (4) Joint Research Proposals under the SDGs, ready for submission to ASEAN funding sources.
5. Impact on student learning systems and the university's education system.
Students have transformed their learning behavior from "knowledge receivers" to "co-problem framers." They are able to design projects and theses that demonstrate a chain of impact for real stakeholders and define outcome indicators that reference the SDGs in the evaluation system. Furthermore, the university has been driven to develop an educational quality assurance process that links sustainable KPIs at the curriculum, student, and institution levels.

???? The project is moving forward as planned, achieving international academic collaboration as targeted.

It has significantly linked to multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Specifically, the goals related to education, innovation, and international cooperation are as follows:
❤️ SDG 4: Quality Education
The conference and knowledge exchange with international experts enhances the quality of university teaching, graduate production, and research.
❤️ SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
This project fosters cross-border collaboration between Thai universities and Malaysian experts.
❤️ SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
Promotes social enterprise ideas, community innovation, and sustainable economic development approaches.
❤️ SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
Lectures by experts on social enterprises and the SDGs drive innovative thinking and the creation of new business models that address social needs.
