The Sufficiency Economy Studies Center Project, Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in collaboration with We Oneness, invites young people to participate in the "Season of the Heart" workshop: discovering one's identity and nurturing intellectual well-being.

The Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University invites students and the general public who are in a period of self-discovery to participate in a process-oriented workshop on the topic of "Season of the Heart"—a safe space to help you take a break from the hustle and bustle and listen to your inner voice more clearly.

Why "Season of the Heart"?

In an era filled with pressure and comparisons, many may face confusion about their life goals or anxiety about the future. This activity is designed to help participants explore their inner feelings. The program consists of 80% workshops and 20% lectures, emphasizing reflection and positive dialogue.

• Understanding the "Emotional Seasons": Exploring your own emotional and mental state during this transitional period.

• Tools for Mental Care: Learning practical techniques to cope with pressure in daily life.

• Community: Building a network of like-minded individuals with a growth mindset.

• Special Session: Access to an After Course Online Session within one week of the program.
