The Power of Connection:
Paving the Way for Future
Collaboration
On October 8, 2026,
at the Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom, the
Graduate School of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University—led by
Assistant Professor Dr. Sasiporn
Pongplernpis, Vice Dean for Academic
Affairs, alongside
student-teachers—hosted an
"Interactive Cultural
Exchange." The event featured five
activity stations centered on Thai
culture: the *Wai Khru*
(teacher-appreciation) ceremony, the
Songkran festival, the Loy Krathong
festival, traditional Thai desserts, and
the *Talikipas* (fan dance). These
hands-on experiences allowed the 2026
Fulbright English Teaching Assistants
(ETAs) to engage directly with Thai
culture.
This initiative
represents a significant step toward
internationalization, fostering a deeper
understanding of Thailand and its
educational landscape among
international participants, while
simultaneously preparing Thai students
to connect with the global community. It
serves as a foundation for future
academic collaborations, student and
faculty exchanges, joint research, and
the establishment of formal agreements
(MOUs/MOAs).
Connect today.
Collaborate tomorrow. Create
opportunities together.
