Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Graduate School conducts pilot project
in Udon Thani, introducing innovative
games and activities for "peer
support" to protect senior citizens
from cyber threats.
The
Graduate School of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, led by Assistant
Professor Dr. Anchana Suksomjit, Deputy
Dean for Research and Development,
visited Kumphawapi Municipality in Udon
Thani Province to conduct activities for
the research project, "Development
of Peer-to-Peer Games and Activities for
Cyber Security Prevention for the
Elderly," funded by the National
Research Council of Thailand
(NRCT).
This activity aimed
to build skills and resilience among 50
senior citizens under the care of
Kumphawapi Municipality. Through
easy-to-understand, fun, and interactive
"peer-to-peer games and
activities," the project empowers
senior citizens to recognize scams and
effectively protect themselves from
cyber threats.
The Graduate
School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University expresses its sincere
gratitude to Kumphawapi Municipality,
Udon Thani Province, for their kind
assistance and warm welcome. This
initiative contributes to creating a
smart, safe, and secure society for
senior citizens, free from cyber
threats.
