The Graduate School advances the translation of research into practical application by launching a feasibility study on the implementation of an "AI Call Center Agent."

On Friday, October 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in the Hillcrest Meeting Room (5th floor, The Quarter Ladprao by UHG), Assistant Professor Dr. Wanchak Noichan, Dean of the Graduate School, attended the launch ceremony for a project exploring the feasibility of using an "AI Call Center Agent"—an intelligent information service system—to facilitate the retrieval of research data for practical use.

Leading this initiative, Associate Professor Dr. Duangsamorn Rungsawanpho, Chair of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Graduate School and project lead, together with Dr. Nattarikan Kaewkolthat, a lecturer in the MBA program, conducted a focus group session. The session aimed to gather insights, in-depth perspectives, and strategic direction for the development of an intelligent research information service system, ensuring it effectively meets user needs for research retrieval and promotes the efficient, real-world application of research findings.
