learning media and how to access the

website.
This activity
focuses on promoting and developing
vocational skills for seniors and those
entering their senior years through
online learning technology on the Happy
Boomer website. This includes training
in product creation and market
development to prepare for a quality
aging society. This also aims to promote
careers, generate income, and boost
morale for seniors and those entering
retirement.
The
"Activity to Promote Collaborative
Career Development Mechanisms for
Seniors and the Elderly" project
aligns with several Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs), which can be
summarized as follows:
SDG 1: No
Poverty
Promoting careers and
generating income for seniors helps
reduce the economic vulnerability of the
target group, reduce dependency, and
support a continuous income stream after
retirement.
SDG 3: Good Health
and Well-being
Participatory
activities and skills training promote
mental health and enthusiasm among
seniors. This enables active aging and
reduces the risk of depression and
chronic diseases associated with
unemployment.
???? SDG 4: Quality
Education
Vocational skills
training is a form of lifelong learning
that addresses the needs of older adults
who still have the potential to learn
and develop.
???? SDG 8: Decent
Work and Economic
Growth
Supporting older
adults' work increases economic
participation, promotes self-employment,
and creates economic opportunities at
the household and community
level.
???? SDG 10: Reduced
Inequalities
This project helps
reduce socioeconomic gaps between
different age groups, particularly those
in rural or remote areas who often lack
access to career development
opportunities and resources.
????
SDG 17: Partnerships for the
Goals
The project integrates
partnerships from multiple sectors,
including government agencies, local
administrative organizations, community
organizations, and academic
institutions. This reflects the
strengthening of cooperation in driving
sustainable development in a concrete
manner.
