“Pumpkin” is considered a
plant that is both a vegetable and a
fruit. It has an appetizing yellow color
and contains many beneficial minerals
and nutrients, such as vitamin A,
vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3,
vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin E,
vitamin C, vitamin K, phosphorus,
calcium, potassium, sodium, manganese,
iron, zinc, and many other minerals.
These minerals and nutrients are
beneficial to the body in various ways,
such as:

Because pumpkin is a plant that has low
fat, low sugar, and low energy (26
kcal/100 grams), it makes you feel full
for a long time. It is also full of
dietary fiber, which helps the digestive
system work well and reduces
appetite.

Pumpkin is rich in beta-carotene,
vitamin A, and vitamin E, which help
reduce the risk of
cancer.

Because pumpkin contains vitamin A,
which has the ability to help

disease.

Minerals that are important to the blood
system, such as iron, potassium, zinc,
and magnesium, are minerals found in
pumpkin, making pumpkin beneficial in
helping nourish the blood.
