Please note the schedule and conditions for gown collection:

???? Collection Dates: June 6th - 7th, 2026

???? Time: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

???? Location: Student Development Division Building, 3rd Floor

???? Requirements and Documents:

Graduates can collect their gowns in person or authorize someone else to collect them on their behalf.

Required documents:

Gown reservation slip (blue form)

Receipt (received via email)

(A photo of the receipt can be shown to the staff)

⚠️ Important Important Information:

Upon receiving the gown, please check its condition immediately.

Any problems requiring resolution must be addressed on the gown collection day only.
