Inner
Development (IDG) is to enhance the
inner potential of humans so that we can
face the challenges of the world with
mindfulness, wisdom and compassion. It
is the heart of achieving the
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in
a true sense.
✨ In the We
Oneness: IDG Oneness project, it
emphasizes self-development through the
5 main dimensions of IDG: #Being -
Knowing yourself deeply, #Thinking -
Thinking systematically and creatively,
#Relating - Deep relationships and
understanding others, #Collaborating -
Collaborating with power and trust, and
#Acting - Taking action with purpose and
sustainability. ???? This project is a
space for mutual learning so that each
person can "reconnect with
themselves and others" to a deep
Oneness at both the individual and
social levels.

The We Oneness:
IDG Oneness project, which promotes
inner development (Inner Development
Goals: IDG), is deeply linked to several
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),
especially in dimensions related to
changes within individuals and society
to create sustainability from
“Inside to outside” as
follows:
SDG 3 – Good
Health and Well-being:
Practicing
self through IDGs such as
self-awareness, mindfulness, and
emotional management promotes
sustainable physical, mental, and
emotional well-being of
individuals.
SDG 4 –
Quality Education:
IDGs emphasize
intrinsic learning, critical thinking,
lifelong learning, and skills for the
future, which are the core of education
that moves from academic content to
intellectual and spiritual
growth.
SDG 5 –
Gender Equality:
Intrinsic
development creates space for
understanding and respect for
differences in gender, status, and
identity, reducing bias and promoting
equality.
SDG 10 –
Reduced Inequalities:
IDGs
promote mutual understanding,
compassion, and non-judgment. Which is
the foundation of equal coexistence and
reducing social divisions.
SDG 16 –
Peace, Justice and Strong
Institutions:
Developing peaceful
communication, collaboration and moral
leadership from within is the core of
the IDGs that is directly aligned with
the creation of peaceful and just
societies.
SDG 17 –
Partnerships for the Goals:
We
Oneness promotes the integration and
collaboration across sectors through
networks of like-minded people to drive
change from within to the social
ecosystem.
In summary, the We
Oneness project: IDG Oneness is laying
the foundation of the quality of
“people” competencies to
enable the implementation of other SDGs
to be effective and sustainable in the
long term.
