The project
"Activity to promote the mechanism
for creating cooperation in career
development for the elderly and the
elderly" is consistent with several
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),
which can be summarized as
follows:
SDG 1: No
Poverty
Promoting careers and
generating income for the elderly helps
reduce the economic vulnerability of the
target group, reduce dependency and
support continuous income after
retirement.
SDG 3: Good
Health and Well-being
Activities
that focus on participation and skills
training help promote mental health and
enthusiasm in the elderly, enabling them
to live active lives (active aging) and
reduce the risk of depression and
chronic diseases from
unemployment.
SDG 4: Equal
Education (Quality
Education)
Vocational skills
training is a form of Lifelong Learning
that responds to the needs of the
elderly group who still have the
potential to learn and develop
themselves
SDG 8:
Decent Work and Economic
Growth
Supporting work in old age
increases economic participation,
promotes self-employment, and creates
economic opportunities at the household
and community level.
SDG 10:
Reduced Inequalities
This project
helps reduce economic and social gaps
between different age groups, especially
the elderly in rural or remote areas who
often lack opportunities to develop
careers and access
resources.
SDG 17:
Partnerships for the Goals
The
project integrates partnerships from
various sectors, such as government
agencies, local administrative
organizations, community organizations,
and academic institutions, reflecting
the strengthening of cooperation in
driving sustainable development in a
tangible way.
