Inner Development Training Program "Heart of the King" (IDHK)

The Sufficiency Economy Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in collaboration with the Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) and the Saha Thamikchon Foundation, organized the "Inner Development from the Heart of The King" (IDHK) training program on June 4-6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Cho Kaew Meeting Room, 5th floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The training focuses on building inner capacity in terms of consciousness, morality, ethics, self-awareness, and mental stability so that personnel are ready to adapt and face changes in the current era with mindfulness, balance, and sustainability.

This course was inspired by the royal speech and work principles of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, who emphasized "developing people before developing anything else." The training content includes:

Self-awareness (Self-awareness)

Development of the mind and compassion (Compassion & Inner Peace)

Building discipline, responsibility and ethics in work

Group process to exchange knowledge and create inspiration

In this regard, there were personnel from various professions participating, such as teachers, researchers, government and private sector officials, who all reflected that internal development is an important foundation for driving true external change.
