Project to develop the potential of teachers according to the Thailand-PSF professional standards framework

The Graduate School organized a workshop on "Developing the Potential of Teachers According to the Thailand-PSF Professional Standards Framework" on May 14-15, 2025 at Meeting Room 26103, Building 26, 1st floor, Faculty of Science and Technology, honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Wanjak Noichan, Dean of the Graduate School, as the chairman of the opening ceremony and honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Rachaphol Kaenkaew as the main speaker to share knowledge and exchange experiences throughout the training period.

This project focuses on enhancing the professional competence of teachers in higher education institutions to be in line with the Thailand Professional Standard Framework (Thailand-PSF), which emphasizes excellence in teaching, research, academic services, and continuous self-development as "professionals".

This activity is directly aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially:

Project to support the development of teachers to have high potential in managing learning and have modern teaching skills and promote lifelong learning, which is the heart of improving the quality of higher education.

✅ SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

Developing the potential of faculty members directly affects the production of quality graduates who are ready to enter the labor market with potential, supporting the country's economic system and competitiveness.
