Memorandum of Understanding on the
Participation of Network Parties for
Research and Academic
Services

and Kumphawapi
Subdistrict Municipality, Udon Thani
Province
On April 21, 2025, at
the Mali Meeting Room, Kumphawapi
Subdistrict Municipality, Udon Thani
Province, there was a signing ceremony
of the Memorandum of Understanding
between the Graduate School, Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University and
Kumphawapi Subdistrict Municipality,
Udon Thani Province. The objectives were
to promote cooperation in research
operations and academic services to the
community, as well as to create a
mechanism for the exchange of knowledge
between higher education institutions
and local administrative organizations
sustainably. ????
The ceremony
was attended by executives, lecturers,
researchers, and representatives from
Kumphawapi Subdistrict Municipality,
with Assistant Professor Dr. Wanjak
Noichan, Dean of the Graduate School,
and Mr. Manas Phonnamthiang, Mayor of
Kumphawapi Subdistrict Municipality, as
representatives for the signing. Both
parties agreed to jointly develop the
potential of the community through
participatory research processes,
technology transfer, and skills
development training. And organizing
academic service activities that meet
the needs of the local area
