Assistant Professor Dr. Suramon Chancharoen, a lecturer in the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Development Administration, Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and Ms. Suchawadee Srisuk gave a lecture on the use of the bibliographic and reference management program (ITHESIS AND ZETORO), a strategic approach to promoting public participation in environmental impact assessment, in the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Development Administration. Many students attended the lecture.
