Thai Bakery and Cuisine Training Program: Orange Cake & Salted Fish Chili Paste Recipe"
Graduate School organized a training program on Thai bakery and cuisine titled "Orange Cake & Salted Fish Chili Paste, Royal Recipe" for teachers, alumni, graduate students, and the general public. The aim is to create learning opportunities and enhance skills in making orange cake and salted fish chili paste, using a recipe inspired by royal traditions. The program is designed to empower participants to generate additional income for themselves and their families.
Graduate School has invited experienced instructors with knowledge and expertise in bakery and Thai cuisine. The instructors are Chef Tor Kanok Chulalongkorn and Chef Tui Asst. Prof. Sukontara Kumchu. The training took place on November 25, 2566, at the Vocational Building (Building 25), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
