The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology has sent a letter to rehearse the understanding of the implementation of the Higher Education Act B.E. 2562, Section 70, and to comply with the intention of maintaining the standards of higher education, good governance, and academic integrity, it is hereby urged that all higher education institutions inspect the preparation of academic works that are used to present as part of the study in the higher education curriculum or used to produce works that are part of the application for academic positions or to propose adjustments to the determination of positions, promotions, advancement of academic status, or granting higher salaries or other compensation. If it is found that students or personnel under the organization have violated Section 70, the higher education institutions, as the injured parties, shall take strict legal action against the said individuals and have strict disciplinary measures. When the higher education institutions have taken any action, please inform the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education.
