The first CEO CONNEXT program
concludes!
Cultivating a new
generation of strategic leaders to
‘connect the government, private
sector, and the people’ to drive
the country towards
sustainability.
The Deputy
Speaker of the Senate emphasizes that
“new-era leaders must think
strategically,” with a showcase of
four groups proposing solutions for
transparent politics.
Bangkok
– The high-level leadership
development program, a game-changer in
the policy world, officially concluded
on April 1, 2026, at the Parliament
Building, Room 408. The event was filled
with intense content and networking
opportunities for leaders from all
sectors.
In the morning session,
the four main groups –
“Phaya Khachasri, Phaya Narasimha,
Phaya Krut, and Phaya Nakarat”
– presented their academic work to
the Senate committee and faculty. The
content focused on “weaknesses in
the Thai political structure,”
along with proposals for enhancing
transparency, public participation, and
concrete protection of rights.
A
key highlight was the special lecture by
General Kriengkrai Srirak, First Deputy
Speaker of the Senate, who emphasized
that:
“New-era leaders must
not just be able to manage, but must
‘think strategically,’
connecting knowledge in politics,
administration, and the power of the
people.” "To drive the
country towards stability and
sustainability."
Associate
Professor Dr. Wichit Suradinthakorn, the
project chairman, stated that this
course is not just about increasing
knowledge, but about "building a
network of real leaders" from the
government, private sector, and civil
society to jointly design the
country's future.
Meanwhile,
Senator Noraset Prachyakorn, chairman of
the Committee on Political Development,
emphasized that graduates should
"use their knowledge to develop
public policy," not just achieve
ceremonial success.
The
presentation of the graduates' work
was further enhanced by Senator
Veerayuth Soithong, who provided policy
recommendations. At the same time,
distinguished faculty members provided
comprehensive critiques of the work,
reflecting the true high standard of the
course.
In the afternoon, a
certificate awarding ceremony was held
for the graduates, who were important
figures from various fields including
politics, security, and business, such
as Pinij Charusombat, Chinachot
Saengsang, Kamronwit Thupkrachang,
Seksakol Atthawong, and many others,
reflecting a "new power
network" ready to connect and work
across sectors.
The closing
atmosphere was vibrant. The event
concluded with a presentation
summarizing the training session and a
group photo, reinforcing the success of
the program, which demonstrates that its
journey extends beyond the classroom and
into real-world
applications.
Therefore, the CEO
CONNEXT program is more than just a
training platform; it is the
"starting point for uniting
leaders" who will play a
significant role in shaping the
country's policy structures in the
future.
