Loy Krathong Day is an
important tradition that has been passed
down for a long time. Loy Krathong Day
every year falls on the 15th day of the
waxing moon of the 12th lunar month
according to the Thai lunar calendar. By
taking a krathong filled with incense
sticks, candles, and flowers, lighting
it and floating it in the water. To ask
for forgiveness from Phra Mae Kongkha
and float away suffering and
sorrow
